The grand opening of Colonel Saab is finally here! And let me tell you something - the menu is outstanding. Here's what you need to know:

This 'progressive Indian restaurant' is taking on The Holborn Town Hall, that has previously seen the closing down of Shanghai Blues, Burger & Lobster, and Gezeliig.
The owner of five-star Noor Mahal hotel in India, Roop Partap Choudhary, it bringing his first venture in UK, as part of a £20 million investment project here. The design and menu are inspired by his childhood and the places in India that his mum and dad were stationed as an homage to his mother Binny and father Manbeer (‘Colonel Saab’) were stationed during his time in the Indian army.
The restaurant will be able to accommodate 150 guests, open from breakfast to dinner. There's also a separate bar and two private dining rooms.
If you need us, you'll be able to find us there devouring several portions of their assam tea cognac poached figs!
