Neverland has launched its 2022 Spring theme, this time venturing into East Asia’s colours, food, and spectacular spirit to transport its visitors from Fulham to Little Kyoto.
It’s certainly one for the ‘gram. With every surface of the semi-outdoor lounge area covered in cherry blossom and flowers, a food court area illuminated by fluorescent city lights, and fur-draped nooks with mirrored walls, there’s not a dull centimetre to be found.
And the cocktails are just as gorgeous. The lychee martini is a sure must-have, and the raspberry blossom made up of sake plum wine, raspberry vodka, and lemon, is one for both the tastebuds and the camera. There’s the Purple Rain which changes colour, and an exotic melon-based Midori Sour. Served in giant goblet glasses, some of the concoctions also come with flower toppings, in full immersion with the Little Kyoto theme.
The Asian-inspired menu makes for perfect sharing plates for the table, keeping you satisfied with the likes of chicken yakitori, freshly made sushi, and an array of tasty bao buns. For the less adventurous, there’s also pizzas and tacos on offer, but the platters are definitely the way to experience Little Kyoto at its best.
Neverland has firmly anchored itself on the map when it comes to unique London hotspots. Located in prime position on the bank of the Thames, it offers party-going Londoners a semi-outdoor haven of creative cocktails and delicious streetfood that changes along with the season. With ever-changing, fully-dedicated themes (and of course raucous launch parties to go with each one), it’s definitely one that will remain on top lists for long into the future.
No long-haul needed - Little Kyoto is just around the corner. You can catch the latest theme for the rest of the season until May at Neverland, Wandsworth Bridge Road, SW6 2TY.
