UCL (UEFA Champions League) Fan Festival Highlights
This year’s UEFA Champions League Final, one of the world’s biggest sporting events, will be held in London at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 1 June.
To mark this occasion, PepsiCo and Just Eat Takeaway hare bringing their brands to life with the help of experiential experts TRO.
Working alongside fellow Omnicom global sport and entertainment marketing agency, Fuse, TRO will spearhead the creative design, production and delivery of fan experiences at the festival for both brands, with an emphasis on active engagement and competition.
The PepsiCo experience will combine music and football as visitors will be able compete in a single player challenge where they will play football to a changing musical rhythm.
They can also put their taste to the test in a mixology class by making three different cocktails.
Furthermore, PepsiCo will run a scheme that encourages fans to return reusable cups or recycle cans for a chance to win PepsiCo and UCL prizes.
Just Eat Takeaway will have a human claw machine through an exciting ‘Delivery Bag Grabber Game’, where fans will be attached to a giant crane and lowered into a large ball pit for the chance to win JET merchandise, vouchers and even UCL tickets.
Rob O’Siochain, head of growth at TRO, said: “PepsiCo and Just Eat Takeaway are two brands that truly understand the importance of fan culture. After months of planning alongside our valued partners at Fuse, we are hugely excited to see how each activation adds to the overall visitor experience.”
The UEFA Champions Festival will be an epicentre for fans, allowing them them to engage with both brands in fun and immersive ways and build the excitement and energy of the game.
