Sephora UK has partnered with Sol De Janeiro, the popular Brazilian bodycare brand, to open an immersive pop-up
We all know and love Sephora, the beauty heaven for any makeup, skincare and fragrance aficionados. It has recently launched a new loyalty programme rewarding spend as well as customer engagement (such as attending in-store services and reviewing products), by offering experiences and exclusive benefits for customers through a three-tiered programme across gold, silver and bronze.
Sol de Janeiro was founded by Heela Yang, Camila Pierotti and Marc Capra in 2015. The brand grew rapidly thanks to its best-selling Brazilian Bum Bum Cream and Perfume Mists.
Sol de Janeiro's latest brand campaign, "Unleash your Summer Self" embraces the authentic Brazilian beauty philosophy of loving and showing off your body.
The pop-up will offer a pool-side inspired activation where customers can explore Sol De Janeiro's best-sellers through product demos, workshops and trials, discover their new favourite scents and summer bodycare rituals. There will also be dance off machines and games through interactive technology, free samples and visitors will have the chance to win exclusive branded merchandise in the ‘Lockers of Luck’.
Guests can also relax in a chill out area and there will be photo opportunities for them to capture "endless summer memories".
Pauline Dolle-Labbe is the CMO at Sephora while Pauline Todd is the Director for Sol de Janeiro UK&I, and they've worked together to host a first time collaboration for the two brands.
