Three opens ‘Mind, Body & Scroll’ – The World’s First Social Fitness Hub

Do you feel overwhelmed by too many group chats? Are you not sure what emoji you should be using? Or do you feel like you're not connecting with people properly?

Three UK, the UK's fastest 5G network, launches 'Mind, Body & Scroll', the world's first social fitness hub, designed to help you improve your communication and sense of belonging. Meet some of their experts for one-to-one advice, take part in a quiz to find out if you are an 'Emoji Guru' or an 'Emoji Newbie’, or even take a selfie in the interactive space - you'll leave feeling digitally fit, for free!

The free events include:

Heavy Weight Listening – no distraction, deep (tissue) listening, with Wellbeing Coach Georgina Halabi (30 minutes)

If too many notifications are causing you to switch off, join this guided mindful meditation and learn deep listening skills that will help you connect. You will leave this session with more conversation confidence and the art of mindful listening, making those around you feel closer.

Emoji Press – hitting the right emoji at the right time, with Emoji Translator and Expert Keith Broni (30 minutes)

Is your thumbs up emoji coming across too passive aggressive? Try this crash course into the meaning of the emoji and how to use it effectively. You will also end with an interactive workshop allowing you to put your new-found skills into practice.

Groups Therapy – the science of belonging in group settings from work to family and social (30 minutes)

Not feeling heard in the group chat? Join this to decode belonging with an interactive exercise to dispel anxiety and connect with others. The session will also teach you 'group chat etiquette', to boost your confidence in group chats and strengthen relationships.

The hub launches as Three UK reveals that two thirds of the nation admit they could have stronger emotional connections with the people in their network. And as almost half (49%) say they lack the confidence to communicate effectively, these events will equip the nation with the tools they need to build stronger networks.
