Chocolate Unwrapped is an indulgent, multi-sensory journey of chocolate in all its forms. Open for one day only, treat your senses to a selection of exclusive chocolate creations from top pastry chefs, bakers, chocolatiers and chocolate makers on Saturday 19 October.
Ticket holders will explore all four floors and be taken literally, from bean to the bar starting with cocoa beans and finishing with chocolate cocktails.
On the first floor, experience beyond the percentage and discover how origin affects flavour with some of the best bean-to-bar makers in the UK.
Then move on, to discover the artistry behind truffles, ganaches and pralines and explore the finest filled chocolates.
Next, blissful bakes, a room of perfect patisserie and sumptuous cakes.
Finish your journey in The Chocolate Bar where cocktails and hot chocolate are reimagined for the ultimate tasting experience.
Co-curated by chocolatier Paul a Young, Chocolate Unwrapped brings together the finest chocolate talent; Pump Street, Bare Bones, Cocoa Runners, Firetree Chocolate, Melt, The Chocolatier, The Chocolate Detective, Lucie Bennett, Guittard, EK Bakery, Le Choux, Knoops, MayaJules Mezcal and Bouvery Chocolate Liqueur will be launching new products exclusively at the event, sampling their creations and selling their treats, some of which are only available at Chocolate Unwrapped.
