Yankee Candle Creates Festive Scents in Countdown to Christmas Collection

No cosy night in is complete without a warm blanket, a large mug of hot chocolate, and that enchanting flicker of candlelight. And as the festive season swiftly approaches, the Countdown to Christmas collection from Yankee Candle will be bringing that amber glow to your home – with some festive, fragrant, and delicious themes.

Candle advent calendars seem to be the next big thing, and Yankee Candle have this covered, with three different versions. The Advent Tree (£79.99) is their 2021 addition, and contains an assortment of tealights, classic jar candles, and votive candles. It also contains a glass tealight holder, a silver-plated wick trimmer, a silver-plated snuffer, and a superb decorative glass votive holder.

You can also get your hands on The Wreath (£24.99) that comes with a glass tealight holder, and features 24 tealights in eight festive scents, or the more traditionally designed Advent Book (£34.99), offering tealights and votive candles.

All the calendars feature a selection of the festive newcomers. Twinkling Lights is one of our favourites, combining sweet almond, jasmine, and amber notes for a blissful, soulwarming feel, while Christmas Eve Cocoa combines delicious notes of praline and vanilla with mint and clove to create an addictively appealing fragrance.

Merry Berry is captivatingly enchanting with notes of sugar plum and butter cookie scents, while Letters to Santa introduces a festive cinnamon and sugared musk twist on classic notes of sandalwood and coconut.

There are other exclusive scents like Tree Farm Festival, Snow in Love, and Candlelit Cabin, each with scents as charming as their names. Luckily for us, there’s no need to choose just one as they come as part of the Advent Tree, but they are also available in the standard standalone candle form in tealights, votives, and jars.
