Acclaimed burger brand and ‘finer diner’ Truffle Burger has made its much-awaited expansion, bringing their menu of elevated burgers and truffle delights to London’s iconic St Christopher’s.
20th April saw the new site opening to truffle fans, burger fanatics, and hungry shoppers alike, giving away 500 free burgers in the meanwhile. The new site, which has 45 covers, is situated just a stone’s throw away from Selfridges, and aims to become the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street, giving customers a chance to stop and refuel during a busy day of shopping.
Truffle Burger is on a mission to create the ultimate finer diner: an elevated burger eating experience that heralds truffle as its hero and changes perceptions on the potential of fast food. Their offering is a unique combination of street meets luxury; with innovative flavour combinations containing sophisticated elements, customers can truly enjoy the best of both worlds. By marrying deliciously decadent ingredients with the humble burger and featuring their distinctive vision in each and every dish, the brand have nurtured and grown a sizeable cult following. Their daring recipes are carefully curated to be indulgent, cheeky and memorable, ensuring that the finer diner can be enjoyed accessibly in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
The new restaurant will offer a mouth-watering menu, including the signature Truffle Burger – with 90-day aged rare-breed British beef, melted raclette cheese, home-made fig jam, black-truffle mayonnaise, and hand-made demi-brioche buns. Fan favourites such as the Truffle Honey Chicken Burger – with twice coated buttermilk chicken thigh, bacon ketchup, truffle honey and whipped goats cheese – will also feature. In terms of sides, the truffle-fest continues, with ridiculously crispy Truffle + Parmesan Fries or Deep-Fried Brie and Truffle Honey for those looking for a luxurious touch.
Founder Tom Bickers commented on the new launch,
“It’s amazing to be launching in such an iconic part of Central London. We’re looking forward to tempting new customers into Team Truffle, whilst also sticking to our focus of making great tasting, high quality dishes in a fun, relaxed environment.”
